The Viking Yacht Company proudly introduces Valhalla Boatworks, a new company dedicated to designing and building high-performance center consoles with the same Viking quality, craftsmanship and expertise that has led the marine industry for 55 years.
Clouds couldn't dampen the spirit on Viking's 2018 Employee Appreciation Day. Thousands of Viking's boat builders and their families savored a day filled with food, friends and fun.
This day, dubbed The Clambake, is all about the Viking shipwrights. Headed up by the Human Resources Department, over 100 managers, administrators and staffers pitch in and work the event for the team building the boats in the manufacturing plant. Shucking clams, grilling burgers, roasting pigs, pouring sodas, running kid's activities and even twirling cotton candy are all jobs manned by the Viking crew. It’s Viking's way of thanking its family for building the best boat in the world.
