The Viking Yacht Company proudly introduces Valhalla Boatworks, a new company dedicated to designing and building high-performance center consoles with the same Viking quality, craftsmanship and expertise that has led the marine industry for 55 years.
“It was epic!” said International Sales Manager Anthony Scola after the Viking 68's recent overnight trip. That theme resounded amongst the crew that fished out of the Canyon Club in Cape May, New Jersey, pounding out an impressive 20+ hours trolling with a few night owls dropping lines in as well.
Early on, Viking's Sean Healey hooked up with a monster blue marlin estimated at over 900 pounds. The beast continuously hit the right teaser until it was 15 feet from the boat. Then it dramatically aired out and took the pitch bait. Keith Monahan, Viking's Sales Manager, said, “The fish and the fight were absolutely spectacular.”
